Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Maevy account and all associated data at any time.

Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Maevy and go to You (Profile) → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted right away.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@maevy.life from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify it's you and delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

Your account and profile.
All mood check-ins, emotion tones, intensities and journal notes.
Any photos and voice memos you added.
Your habits, streaks, history and reminders.
Your preferences and settings.

Your personal data is removed from our live systems immediately (or, for email requests, once verified) and purged from backups within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Good to know

This cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data can't be recovered.
A subscription is billed by the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not cancel it. Turn off auto-renew in your App Store or Google Play settings to stop billing.
